Having the desire to live outside of the 9-5 job, being your own boss, or simply wanting to do what makes you happy, was probably a large part of your journey into entrepreneurship. You have big ideas and dreams that probably are bigger than you can even put to paper and pencil. This type of personality in a human is a gift! Wanting better for yourself, and even thinking about the world of hiring others and bettering their lives, isn't something that everyone possesses inside them. It can lead to emotionally rewarding spaces and at times it can lead to feeling exhaustion. Doing everything alone and spreading yourself too thin until you "can afford to pay someone" or doing it yourself because "no one else can really do it good enough" is draining any part of "making you happy".
At the age of 16, Andrew was already traveling as a young musician. His life led him into a career of music production and studios around the US into his young adulthood. He moved and travelled with dreams in his pocket. This was just the beginning of his life as an entrepreneur. He has been involved in countless side-hustles including interior and exterior vinyl signage, producing records, photography, and other tech and music related projects. Andrew knows what it is like to have a dream and desire, and can lend a listening ear to others with big dreams. He knows what its like when the ROI of that project didn't lead to what it was projected to. He knows what its like to then pause and reflect to find the missing link, and problem solve the situation asking "why didn't that work" ? Avoiding blaming others and accepting personal responsibility is often a hard route to travel. Moving from a business only perspective into a personal growth space is a great way to see a different kind of progress. Having a like-minded entrepreneur to uncover, rediscover and reignite that entrepreneurial spirit and walk that journey with you is invaluable.
